Your Role:
As the Administrative Assistant for Faraday Future's (FF) leadership team, you will ensure that all of the administrative activities of the group are executed while demonstrating great composure and professionalism. You will report to the CEO, and support the rest of the Executive team. This position is onsite.Â
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the administrative activities of the office, ensuring the office operates smoothly
- Provide support to the CEO including calendar management, travel and general administrative support
- Provide administrative support for the management team as needed for factory related activities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Review information then disseminating information to appropriate parties
- Manage information flow, including phone calls, email, fax, and document filing
- Maintain resources including office supplies, computer resources and breakroom supplies
- Providing support to different departments as needed
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years’ office management work experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ Administrative Assistant work experience
- Must be able to work onsite at HQ in Gardena, CA
- Excellent phone manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
- High standards of professionalism and confidentiality
- Must be able to think through, evaluate and solve problems logically and efficiently
- Must have exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in-person, via email and via phone
- Must conduct all matters and communications in a professional and courteous manner as a representative of the company
Preferred Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelors’ degree in business or related field
- Familiarity with automotive manufacturing
Annual Salary Range:
$77,000 to $92,000, plus benefits and incentive plans
