Overview
The Administrative Assistant provides direct assistance to the owner of Chadwell Homes with a variety of administrative tasks regarding ongoing and upcoming projects. 

What you will need:

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have 3 years of experience in computer operation.
  • You must be extremely proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Ability to create Power Points or have the ability to learn.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills.

How you will make an Impact:

  • Set up and apply for required licenses and permits.
  • Provide required documents to obtain permits for warehouse.
  • Work with vendors to purchase materials and products.
  • Partner with owner to develop project schedule for ongoing projects.
  • Manage and oversee project plans for ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates regarding ongoing construction projects.
  • Update calendar and schedule meetings as requested.
  • Monitor a variety of reports to ensure optimal department performance.
  • Able to answer calls with a clear and friendly tone.
  • Be able to meet stringent timelines while maintaining proper procedures.
  • Maintain electronic files accurately.
