Enviromin, a division of RESPEC, seeks a full-time or part-time (24 hours a week minimum) administrative assistant in our Bozeman, Montana office.

Job Description

Our office environment is dynamic; each day is different with fluctuations in workload. This candidate should be comfortable with change and accepting new challenges while being content with everyday routine tasks. Our administrative assistant is friendly, has a helpful disposition when greeting guests, and can easily handle routine tasks such as answering phones and accepting deliveries.

Responsibilities: The successful candidate should be versatile and willing to assume a multitude of duties and responsibilities. Although not comprehensive, required tasks include the following:

  • Assist accounting in various clerical duties related to expenses, accounts payables/receivables
  • Assist employees with travel arrangements
  • Maintain office supplies (e.g., work-related supplies, cleaning supplies, office snacks, and beverages)
  • Perform very light housekeeping (e.g., tidy up the conference room, kitchen, and other common areas)
  • Occasionally make trips to the local post office, bank, and shipping-related locations such as Fed-Ex and UPS
  • Receive mail and packages daily
  • Maintain constant front-door coverage
  • Support internal office events (e.g., company lunches and social events)
  • Assist in organizing internal fundraising efforts

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Possess self-motivated, dependable, and punctual attributes
  • Ability to work independently without constant guidance and direct supervision and also work as a team member
  • Ability to discreetly and professionally handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor

Additional Information

Compensation: Salary depends on experience and expertise. Compensation includes a comprehensive fringe-benefits package that consists of medical, vision, and dental insurance; holidays; paid leave; 401(k) Plan and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP); continuing education; and professional societies. RESPEC is a 100% employee-owned company and employees are eligible for participation in the ESOP after a qualifying period.
