The Administrative Assistant will support theĀ Head of U.S. Origination & Strategy in our Corporate Development team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to managing various internal processes, calendar and schedule maintenance, travel arrangements, expenses, meeting and event planning and creation of materials for presentations. The role will have administrative experience, the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment, professional telephone and interpersonal demeanor as well as advanced written and communication skills.Ā  This role will be aligned to our Jersey City, NJ office on a hybrid basis.
What You Will Do:

  • Handle office calendars, schedule, coordinate and manage meetings.

  • Oversee aspects of general office coordination

  • Manage telephone inquiries, taking appropriate action in routing, messaging or action

  • Meet and greet clients and visitors.

  • Review and respond to correspondence, as appropriate.

  • Setup and coordinate travel arrangements.

  • Prepare and execute expense reports in a timely fashion.

  • Take on special projects as assigned.

  • Trouble shoot technology and communication issues impacting the area.

  • Experience supporting senior leadership.

  • Strong anticipation and forward-thinking skills.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to interact at all levels with internal and external business partners.

  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in fast-paced, deadline driven environment.

  • Ability to take a proactive approach to tasks and be comfortable working with minimal instruction and guidance.

  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.

  • Familiarity with Amex, Workday and Coupa.

The base salary range for this role is listed below and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. In addition to base salary, all employees are eligible for an annual bonus based on company and individual performance as well as a generous benefits package. Ā 

Base Salary Range

$70,000—$90,000 USD
