This is an on-site employment opportunity in Las Vegas, NV that would allow you to support Financial Advisors associated with LPL Financial. The financial advisors operates under our Employee Advisor Model. You will join a team that is dedicated to helping clients in every stage of their financial life. This exciting position will allow you to grow your career and by helping the people and families that look to our Financial Advisors for financial solutions.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth daily operations within the office.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Answer and direct incoming phone calls
-
Manage the scheduling and coordination of meetings and appointments.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
-
Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining office records in the team CRM.

Support the team with various administrative tasks.
-
Assist in planning and organizing office events and functions.
-
Perform moderately complex administrative, transactional, operational and customer support tasks

Requirements:

Proven experience as an administrative assistant, receptionist, or in a similar role.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-
Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers and fax machines.
Preferences:
-
Experience in the financial services industry

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
-
Familiarity with CRM software

Pay Range:
$17.54-$29.24/hour

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
