Administrative Assistant
Job Description
This role is fully on-site in our New Hyde Park, NY headquarters location. Must be available Monday - Friday 9:00am-5:00pm with some flexibility for early/late evenings as needed (i.e. meetings, special projects, etc.)
OUR POSITION:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our operations team. This role involves maintaining accurate data records, entering and updating information in company databases, and assisting with general administrative tasks. In addition, the candidate will handle receptionist duties such as answering phone calls and emails along with incoming/outgoing mail. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and has excellent communication skills, ensuring smooth daily operations and precise data management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enter and update data in company databases with a high level of accuracyÂ
- Maintain and organize electronic and paper records with discretionÂ
- Handle receptionist duties, including answering phone calls and directing inquiries to appropriate departments
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and emails
- Provide administrative support for various projects and reports
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and other documents
- Ensure proper filing and archiving of documents
- Support team members with any additional clerical tasks as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:Â
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in EnglishÂ
- 2+ years of experience with listed responsibilities above
- Mature, team player, who understands the importance of handling sensitive materials with discretion
- Computer savvy with familiarity of Microsoft applications and managing multi-line phone systems

Salary Range: $22/hr - $26/hr
