About the role: We are looking for a polished, professional, and skilled Administrative Assistant who can help our team function more efficiently. Duties will include supporting the Executive Management team and others by organizing meetings, directing phone calls, booking travel, ordering supplies, generating reports, and other tasks that boost our productivity. This position is perfect if you are highly organized, have strong multi-tasking skills, are detailed-oriented, and are a great communicator. Candidates with previous administrative assistant experience are preferred.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform various administrative tasks in support of the Executive Leadership Team such as coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and company events, organizing travel, and submitting expense reports.
  • Provide phone support for the company by answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Greet and welcome customers and visitors to the office.
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and tidy office space for the company’s headquarters office location.
  • Provide support to the company with faxing, filing, mailings, and other projects.
  • Update spreadsheets, ship/track packages, and file invoices.
  • Sort and deliver incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Maintaining groceries and office supplies by tracking inventory, anticipating future needs, and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
  • Fulfilling other duties as needed or as assigned.

What Skills & Experience You’ll Need:

  • Previously worked in a similar role or in a professional office environment with knowledge of best practices in office management systems and procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills and the passion to provide internal and external customers with an above-and-beyond experience.
  • The ability to multi-task, manage multiple priorities at once and think outside the box to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent planning/organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize projects, resolve problems, conduct research, and pay attention to details.
  • The ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and make sound decisions independently.
  • A comfort level with the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc).
  • A strong desire to grow and be a part of a dynamic, growing organization.

Compensation:

  • Dataprise is committed to maintaining a positive work environment by ensuring that compensation across the Company is managed in a competitive, consistent, and fair manner. Each Dataprise employee will be compensated in line with their specific scope of responsibility, skill level, and educational background, in addition to the projected impact on the success of the Company.
  • We have a comprehensive Compensation Management System which establishes the guidelines we use in making compensation decisions and is comprised of compensation policies, salary structures, salary grades, incentive target guidelines, job descriptions, and career charts.
  • This position’s Salary Range is: $50,000-$60,000. NOTE: this is the range at the national average level; specific salaries offered will be adjusted higher/lower due to the local labor market of the candidate).
