Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Description:
The Marketing Assistant will work across various areas of the marketing team assisting in the realms of meeting coordination, project management and overall team communications. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is ambitious, highly organized and has strong organization and communication skills.

• Help schedule meetings, disseminate information, take notes as needed, and other ad hoc requests to support the team, including senior leadership
• Act as liaison to multiple departments and cross-functional partners across DISH Media including Sales, Business Development/Strategy, Product, PR, Data & Analytics, Monetization, etc.
• Help develop, manage, and update presentations and documents shared with internal and external partners.
• Assist with internal logistics for events (calendar maintenance, material prep, event evaluations, etc.)
• Liaise between Marketing and Sales teams and industry partners to coordinate materials for events and sales initiatives
• Maintain project trackers and help with campaign strategy and organization 

Skills:

• 2+ years experience (including internships) in marketing, product, or related field
• Excellent knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office programs
• Detail-oriented team player with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Passion for media and advertising
