BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an experienced Home Care Administrative Assistant.  

The Administrative Assistant will:

• Manage onboarding of new hires and facilitate orientation.
• Work with the clinical team to schedule and coordinate onboarding requirements for new caregivers and clinicians
• Manage ongoing employee compliance such as TB tests and the like.
• Develop strong, communicative relationships with the office team and field staff.
• Manage administrative tasks regarding employee files and requirements.
