Administrative Assistant
Job Description
Wages negotiable based on experience. PLUS annual bonus opportunity!
The Administrative Assistant Associate routes calls, takes customer payments and assures that customers receive great service by telephone and in person. The Associate is also responsible for general business office functions.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and transfer to the appropriate individual/department.
- Provide sales support.
- Process credit card transactions for customers.
- File and data management.
- General office duties: Organizing supplies, utilizing office equipment, etc.
- Occasionally cover front desk: Greet/welcome visitors and guests, sign for packages, process mail as required.
Required Experience and Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Experience and Skills
- Customer service / support experience.
- Experience with billing/invoices.
