Compensation:
The compensation for this full-time position in the US is $18.00 - $25.00 Per Hour + discretionary bonus. The range may vary based on factors such as location, job-related skills, experience, and education. Benefits are available to all full-time employees working at least 30 hours per week. Please note that the compensation information listed in job postings only includes the base salary, and does not include bonuses or benefits.

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our senior management team, as well as assist with day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in the apparel industry and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to senior management team, including scheduling appointments, arranging travel, and coordinating meetings.
- Assist with day-to-day office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and filing paperwork.
- Manage calendars and schedules for executives, ensuring that all appointments and deadlines are met.
- Assist with the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
- Monitor and order office supplies and equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams within the company to ensure that projects and tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for the company's financial and administrative processes.
- Pick up executive coffee, arrange lunch orders, other personal tasks as assigned.
- Reconcile credit card statements, matching receipts to line items on billing statements.
- Prepare shipments (large volume - daily) to key personnel, customers, showrooms, etc.
- Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in the apparel industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Experience with event planning and coordination a plus.
