About the Role

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who is passionate about the Dolls Kill brand and what we stand for. You need 1-3 years of experience in management support with experience in managing projects, solid organizational, and communication skills. The ideal candidate is sharp, an avid learner, proactive, problem solver and creative. This role requires a flexible individual who is used to fast paced environment and able to manage a busy professional and personal calendar.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex schedule including internal/external meetings, events, travel, and other venues as needed
• Assist department managers as requested 
• Prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters proactively, and follow through on completion of projects successfully 
• Research, compile and prepare reports and presentations as requested
• Manage time to assure daily events are met timely
• Manage, organize, and safeguard confidential material
• Other duties as assigned by your manager

Requirements

• 1-3 years of Administrative Assistant experience 
• Able to handle sensitive business and personal information with professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion at all times 
• Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, and project management skills
• Solid communicator with excellent analytical and presentation skills
• High level of emotional intelligence and ability to appreciate diversity
• Ability to anticipate needs, being proactive in solving problems autonomously 
• High energy, positive, and confident attitude
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office Suite and file sharing applications
• Understanding and believing the brand message at Dolls Kill
