Overview
Chadwell Supply is a successful family-owned maintenance supply company with 28 Branches Nationwide. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and detail-minded individual to work as a Chadwell Supply Administrative Assistant. The Warehouse Admin facilitates the flow of information and sales orders between the Chadwell Supply Corporate office, customers, sales personnel, warehouse employees, and the Branch Manager.
What you will need
- You must be 18 years or older.
- Must have a High School Diploma, GED, and specified education such as a BA, equivalent, or higher.
- You must have 3 years of experience in computer operation.
- You must be extremely proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
How you will make an impact
- Answer phone calls from sales personnel, customers, branch personnel, and corporate employees.
- Assist in the handling of Credit Card transactions and Check deposit creation or checks being sent to Corporate.
- Assist in the pick ticket and delivery ticket order process and paper flow by working the Sales Pad order queues.
- Create will call and employee sales orders including invoicing as needed.
- File/Scan important daily documents including those related to sales orders, hazardous shipping papers, and safety and training meetings.
- Assist in the report printing for leads and management.
- Assist in the computer functions for processes in company operating systems such as Great Plains and SalesPad.
- Assist with telecommunications for incoming phone calls.
- Process and assist with inbound and outbound fax transmittals.
- Other duties as assigned.
