The Office Agent will work in conjunction with a team of administrative support staff providing full support and service to employees in administrative solutions.

More specifically, your main responsibilities will be to:
-
Managing incoming documents (requests).
-
Processing incoming mail, email, fax, etc.
-
Scanning.
-
Completing information related to the update of the latter in the internal tracking systems.
-
Electronic filing of incoming documents.
-
Processing customer requests electronically; report, email, etc.
-
Manage outgoing documents (requests).
-
Printing of documents.
-
Completion of document update information in internal tracking systems.
-
Mailing, emailing, etc.
-
Electronic filing of outgoing documents.
-
Processing customer requests electronically; reporting, email, etc.
-
Any other related tasks.
Your Profile:
-
At least one year of experience in an administrative position.
-
Knowledge of Word, Excel, PDF, Outlook, Teams.
-
Bilingual (intermediate French and functional English).
-
Manage priorities according to tight deadlines.
-
Have a strong sense of organization
-
Great attention to detail and initiative.
