An Administrative Assistant is a multi-faceted position and will allow you to get experience in many different departments and areas of the company. The role will help our company with daily office and clerical tasks٫ ensuring that office operations run smoothly and successfully supporting other business activities. This role will also provide administrative support to our Physicians and add maximum value to the organization.

Please note that this is an entry-level position.

Qualifications:

• Strong computer skills (especially with Microsoft Word and Excel)
• Great verbal and written communication
• Organized
• Team player
• Problem Solver
• Reliable source of transportation (the Administrative Assistant will occasionally run errands)
• Be able to lift up to 10 lbs and no more than 25 lbs
• Must be willing to work from our office 
• BA/BS degree highly preferred

Pay:
