Summary
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Office of the Chief of Staff.

The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills. The Administrative Assistant will be a valued team member and should have the ability to work independently when needed and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
What you’ll do
In this role, you will serve as primary coverage for and partner with current Administrative Assistant to Chief of Staff to:
- Manage an active calendar of appointments
- Work closely and effectively to keep clients well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
- Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compile documents for travel-related meetings
- Follow internal policies and due processes such as compliance approvals and completing travel and expense reports
- Provide a bridge for smooth communication across teams
- Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
- Support, organize, and facilitate team engagements, social activities, and outings to support firm culture

The annual base salary range is $75,000-$85,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
