Title: Administrative Assistant for Quality Improvement 

Job Duties: The Administrative Assistant for Quality Improvement is a full-time, non-exempt, benefited position who reports to the Vice President of Clinical Services, Quality Improvement, and Accreditation. This position performs a wide range of administrative tasks and provides high-level administrative support to Operations and our Home Office Support Team members (Clinical, Nursing, and Health Information Management). The Administrative Assistant for Quality Improvement will Assist the VP and team members in managing special and ongoing projects as well as prepare reports and documents (Word, Excel, PPT, Publisher) Coordinate meetings, and take detailed minutes. The Administrative Assistant for Quality Improvement will write and distribute emails, memos, proposals, forms, and letters, and develop and maintain office management systems and procedures

Schedule: Full-Time

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 5+ years of experience in office administration in a corporate or educational setting
  • High proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, PPT, Publisher, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook (able to create PPTs, manage spreadsheets, create graphs and charts, manage scheduling and tasks, note taking, etc.)
  • Knowledgeable in using online platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity. 
Pay Range:
$28$30.28 USD
