Administrative Assistant - Hybrid

The Administrative Assistant is primarily responsible for providing administrative support to the C-Suite. In addition, this role will perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties to provide support to team members, as well as complete the daily office administration needs.
Work Environment: Hybrid - This role offers a flexible work schedule of 3 days in office/2 days remote. 
Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the C-suite.
• Executive calendar management to include arranging appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
• Oversee travel and logistics for all team members.
• Collect, log, and distribute incoming mail and faxes and process outgoing mail.
• Record and deposit checks.
• Manage offices to ensure they are top-tier, clean, safe, and always on-brand.
• Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
• Identify, interact, and negotiate with vendors, as well as building management for leased premises.
• Other duties, as assigned.

Requirements:

• A high school diploma is required.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of clerical, secretarial, or office experience is required.
• Experience with Sharepoint, RingCentral, and ConnectWise is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently with minimal direction.
• Flexibility to wear many hats.
