We are seeking a part-time Administration Assistant for our Lethbridge bovine veterinary practice, who will join a team made up of bovine practitioners and nutritionists across our multiple locations, including Lethbridge, Okotoks, Taber, and Brooks, Alberta. Most duties can be completed in a remote work environment but periodic office attendance, in our Lethbridge facility, will be required. 

What you'll do:

• Handle cattle import and export documentation for cattle shipping between Canada and USA
• Work with a team of veterinarians to coordinate the inspection of cattle. 
• Prepare and compile necessary documentation for the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA).
• Perform other duties as applicable to support the larger team. 

What you bring:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to multitask and work within important timelines.
• Proficient in using technology to complete tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication and proactive problem-solving skills.

Great-to-haves

• Proficiency in advanced computer skills and software.
• Experience in coordinating events or meetings.
• Familiarity with veterinary practices and procedures.
