Administrative Assistant - Marketing
Job Description
SUMMARY
Responsible for coordination of administrative and clerical activities in the Marketing Department.
Must have Microsoft Suite and Design Software Experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Website updates Develop and maintain customer relations.
Maintain files, logs, and department schedules.
Schedule and assist with Meetings.
Update and distribute spreadsheets and reports.
Assist Departments with correspondence, distribution, and other duties.
Administrative support for departments.
Assist with shipping preparation.
Provide receptionist relief, when needed.
Maintain Billing/Shipping Logs.
Maintain notebooks and manuals/procedures.
Assist with audits, supplies, copies, refreshments.
Assist with company store.
Special projects as assigned.
Client/visitor arrangements for meetings, lunches, etc.,
Assist client/visitors with support services.
Assist with Outreach Committee activities.
Assist with Company travel arrangements.
Perform other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work
environment.
Ensure activities are conducted in accordance with Atec International Standards Organization
(AS9100/ISO) policies and correct and report any deviations to appropriate area manager/supervisor.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

AS9100/ISO SPECIFIC DUTIES
Be familiar with and understand Atec Quality Policy and company objectives.
Understand required AS9100/ISO specific Procedures and Work Instructions.
Complete all records required by Procedures and Work Instructions.
Participate in Atec Continuous Improvement activities as appropriate.
Participate in AS9100/ISO training as required.
Cooperate with Auditors.
Report any deviations to appropriate area manager/supervisor.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two (2) years of experience in office
environment; or combination of education and experience.
Proficiency with computer software including Microsoft office products.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Employee is regularly required to sit and stand, walk, stoop, or kneel.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Extended work hours and/or travel may occasionally be required.
