Position SummaryÂ
Our team is looking for an Administrative Assistant to manage and support the office, supervise staff and provide excellent and comprehensive, and operational support to the NEON team.Â
You will be responsible for both general executive administrative tasks as well as some operational and project coordination activities across departments.Â
RequirementsÂ
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field or equivalent practical experience and trainingÂ
- 1 year of administrative support within a fast-pace corporate environment, managing calendars and supporting cross-functional teamsÂ
- Excellent communication and professional presence to handle confidential and sensitive materials with discretionÂ
- Organized, attention to details, and able prioritize time sensitive tasksÂ
DescriptionÂ
- Create new hire orientation schedule, set-up application access, space planning, and ensure a smooth start for all new hiresÂ
- Coordinate travel arrangements, and facilitate expense reporting for team membersÂ
- Assist in event planning for the entire team and smaller team building activitiesÂ
- Support all facility-related requests including but are not limited to: submitting IT and general affair tickets, ordering and stocking office supplies and snacks Â
- Purchasing for the engineering team, recording and tracking equipment for inventory auditsÂ

The base pay range for roles at this level is $“39,700” and $”54,950” but may be higher or lower in other states due to geographic differentials in the labor market. Within the base pay range, individual rates depend on a number of factors—including the role’s function and location as well as the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, education, and training. This is part of our comprehensive compensation package with annual bonus eligibility and generous benefits to help you live life well.

This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, and frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
