Position Summary

Our team is looking for an Administrative Assistant to manage and support the office, supervise staff and provide excellent and comprehensive, and operational support to the NEON team.

You will be responsible for both general executive administrative tasks as well as some operational and project coordination activities across departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field or equivalent practical experience and training
• 1 year of administrative support within a corporate environment, managing pipeline and supporting a team
• Excellent communication and professional presence to handle confidential and sensitive materials with discretion
• Coordinate arrangements for team members
• Support staff for meetings on and off-site
• Support all facilities activities and facilitate expense reporting processes for the team

• Fluency in Korean
• Event planning

This position is a critical role and will require you to be onsite in the Mountain View, CA SRA office
