We are currently looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant to be the supportive force that partners with our Top Producing Senior Account Executive. The ideal candidate will be a highly responsive, proactive problem solver, who takes initiative, is self-motivated, with exceptional communication skills, and has meticulous attention to detail. Objectives of this Role

· Primary responsibility is supporting the Senior Account Executive to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished

· Manage communication between Senior Account Executive and clients/employees/contractors, liaising with internal and external people on orders and tasks

· Plan and orchestrate work to ensure the Senior Account Executive's priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

· Manage professional and personal scheduling and all non-revenue generating tasks for Senior Account Executive, including agendas, mail, email, calls and client management

· Interface with clients and contractors to help fulfill all operational activities

· Help with details and logistics of client orders 

· Perform administrative support, such as typing, dictation, google spreadsheet creation, and maintenance of contact database

· Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business

· Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

· 2 years’ experience in administrative role 

· Superb written and verbal communication skills

· Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize, organize and coordinate multiple projects at once

· Highly responsive

· Meticulous attention to detail

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems

· Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge

· Ability to keep company confidences

· High School graduate required. Some college preferred

Preferred Qualifications

· Associates or Bachelor Degree

· Experience implementing and developing internal processes and systems

Compensation:

· $24 - $25 + (DOE) at 40 hours a week.

· Monthly bonus based upon sales and/or number of new clients
