What skills do I need?Â
- Bias for action, flexibility, adaptability, and good time management skills
- Great verbal and written communications skills
- Project, program, and event management experience
- Demonstrated ability to independently carry out and present projects to the team and company
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and have a solution-oriented approach to problem solving
- Ability to work with different types of people, and build relationships quicklyÂ
- Interest in startups
- Able to work 40hrs a week in our Assembly Square office
- Ability to occasionally lift and move things aroundÂ
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Operations team with priorities in service of the organization, admin duties, and day-to-day HQ office space management
- Troubleshooting issues, other office related projectsÂ
- Keeping the space organized, clean, stocked
- Monitor the Operations Jira board and inbox and respond to requests
- Manage inventory, ordering for snacks, food, and other office supplies
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence and packages
- General office support
- Supporting overall employee workplace experience - both in office and the hybrid/remote employee experience and culture (town halls, culture events, happy hour, etc)
