Administrative Assistant Wall2Wall Indoor Soccer

PURPOSE: Support the General Manager

Must work onsite in office MINIMUM of 4 HOURS PER DAY between 12pm and 6pm Monday through Friday

20 hours per week RESUME REQUIRED

SALARY: $16 per hour 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

•Filing / phone answering

•Accounts Payables/Accounts Receivable

•Contracts

•Ordering supplies

•Detailed and organized

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE

•Some college preferred

•Accounting background is a plus but not necessary will train

•Proficient in Excel and Word
