Ally Home Care is seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant, with a secondary role as a Marketing Support for our Salisbury, NC location! Ally Home Care provides home care services, which cover a broad range of health care and social services. We believe in providing a better economic and more humanistic approach to health care. As Administrative Assistant and Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for supporting all tasks related to employee and client support, as well as supporting the Agency Team. You will be a part of the team responsible for managing branch operations & growth.
Skills Required

Knowledge and Experience: General Math, Data Entry, Administrative Writing, Research and Reporting, Organizational and Process Design, and Clinical Compliance.
Computer Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access, email, web based client software, Mac OS X.

Primary Role: Administrative AssistantÂ
ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Greet visitors in a professional mannerÂ
- Answer all calls, take and deliver messages for Agency TeamÂ
- Use appropriate platforms to communicate effectively with Office Staff & Regional StaffÂ
- Ensure employee data entry into Think System is updated dailyÂ
- Ensure client data entry into Think System is updated dailyÂ
- Create and maintain organized physical and electronic filesÂ
- Ensure security by following procedures with privacy protocoles
- Document and create journal entries as needed on client and employee profilesÂ
- Assist Agency Team with scheduling as needed
- Assist with Annual Staff In-ServiceÂ
- Assist with Client & Employee InitiativesÂ
- Follow Ally Home Care Payroll Process & DeadlinesÂ
- Identify, verify & correct Clients Visits on a daily basisÂ
- Conduct daily Hero Bonus review & adjust as neededÂ
- Compile client visit data & prepare payroll spreadsheets weekly for processingÂ
- Ensure Client Visits are synced weeklyÂ
- Ensure clear communication is provided along with any additional information that is needed to the Payroll departmentÂ
- Support the branch and agency team members engaged in Client & Employee Support duties
- Support all marketing initiatives external & internalÂ
- Maintaining & Ordering Office Supplies
- Assist Agency Director in managing office with daily tasks and miscellaneous projects
- Mail distribution and miscellaneous activities
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing other tasks as assigned
- Assist with employee matching to ensure adequate staffing
- Manage, drive and maintains Customer Service Policy & ProceduresÂ
- Participate in on-call after hours schedule
Secondary Role: Marketing SupportResponsibilities
- Receive and follow work schedule and instructions from your Supervisor and as outlined in our established policies and procedures
- Develop and implement a Team - Based, Agency - Level Marketing Plan to include; Analyzing local healthcare systems, identifying & meeting needs of customers, determining core competitive advantages; building a core selling message, establishing reach and frequency for target customers and prospects and; coordinating selling strategies and tactics
- Conduct External Sales Calls on target market in order to execute Agency Marketing Plan and achieve Census & HoursÂ
- Promotes Home Care Services within the community and builds / sustain relationships with external healthcare providersÂ
- Plan, organize and implement special events for the agency to promote further growth developmentÂ
- Develop positive, professional working relationships with local Hospitals, Discharge Planners, Social Workers, Case Workers, Physicians, Senior Resource Centers, Dialysis Centers, Skilled Nursing Centers, Managed Care Organizations, and other healthcare providers
- Assist with employee matching to ensure adequate staffing
- Manages, drives and maintains Customer Service Policy & ProceduresÂ
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing other task as assignedÂ
Qualifications:Â
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must be computer literate and proficientÂ
Work History / Experience:Â
- 1-3 Years of management experience. Home Health or Healthcare preferredÂ
- Customer Service: 1 Year (preferred)Â

- 8 Hour ShiftÂ
- Day ShiftÂ
- Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:00pm
Compensation:Â
- $14 per hour (paid in weekly salary of 40hrs/week)Â
