Administrative Associate II

The Engineering Administration team is looking for an Administrative Associate II to perform administrative and business support for multiple Engineering departments. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level, self-motivated, organized, and analytical administrative professional to work with a fast-paced and growing team, in a collaborative and supportive environment. The successful candidate will have experience using Outlook for both email and calendaring. This position will support multiple departments, so the ability to switch gears throughout the day is a must.
Please note: This position will split time between the Broomfield office and the Boulder office - three days in Broomfield, two days in Boulder.
What You'll Do:
- Perform a wide variety of general administrative tasks, including but not limited to the following:
- Schedule meetings, maintaining calendars, and making conference room reservations, all within Outlook.
- Manage office moves (MAC requests).
- Schedule interviews and assisting in the new hire onboarding process.
- Coordinate travel and completing expense reports.
- Order office supplies and equipment.
- Assist in the coordination of milestone celebrations, all-hands meetings, networking events, and team award celebrations.
- Maintain department collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint sites.
- May file and retrieve records, folders, or other materials.
- May gather data, and perform computer data entry, retrieval, and word processing.
- May operate other computer software programs and various other types of office equipment and assist teammates in their use.
- May assist on projects in various functional/program areas as assigned. Perform other duties as necessary.
- May work with sensitive and confidential information and situations, requiring the employee to handle situations appropriately, and maintain proper confidentiality.
- Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Perform other duties as necessary.
What You'll Need:
- High School diploma or equivalent plus 2 or more years of related experience.
- Each higher-level related degree, i.e., Bachelor's or Master's, may substitute for two years of related experience. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education.
Full-Time On-Site Work Environment: This position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site full-time. Travel and local commute between Ball campuses and other possible non-Ball locations may be required.

- Work is performed in an office environment.
- As stated above, this role will split time evenly between the Broomfield and Boulder campuses.
Relocation for this position is not available.
Compensation & Benefits:
- HIRING SALARY RANGE: $18.99 - $25.00 per hour (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
