Administrative Associate II
As an Administrative Associate II, you will perform a variety of daily administrative support functions and provide proactive administrative support to programs and the Ball Aerospace Fairborn, Ohio area team. You will be required to contribute to the completion of various projects and goals and ensure that all business is conducted using the highest ethical standards and in compliance with all applicable, policies, procedures, laws, statutes, and regulations as well as company policies and directives.

Full-Time On-Site Work Environment: This position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site full-time. Travel and local commute between Ball campuses and other possible non-Ball locations may be required.
Working Conditions:
A current DoD clearance and/or SCI access with Polygraph is not required to be eligible for this position, however applicant must be willing and eligible for submission within 60-90 days after an offer is accepted and must be able to maintain the applicable clearance/access. By applying to this position, you are agreeing to complete a National Security Clearance Pre-Screen Questionnaire to evaluate your general ability to obtain the required security clearance or government customer access associated with this position.

Administrative Associate II
As an Administrative Associate II, you will perform a variety of daily administrative support functions and provide proactive administrative support to programs and the Ball Aerospace Fairborn, Ohio area team. You will be required to contribute to the completion of various projects and goals and ensure that all business is conducted using the highest ethical standards and in compliance with all applicable, policies, procedures, laws, statutes, and regulations as well as company policies and directives.
What You'll Do:
- Perform a wide variety of basic administrative tasks and utilize proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- May gather and assist in the interpretation and analysis of data for departmental or program needs.
- Edit monthly and final program reports in Microsoft Word. Maintain reports and send monthly and final report to customer for various business area programs.
- Perform computer data entry, retrieval, and word processing tasks. Use other computer software programs and various other types of office equipment.
- May schedule meetings, coordinate catering, reserve conference rooms, greet visitors and customers, and maintain calendars in Microsoft Outlook.
- May input interview scheduling and itineraries into SharePoint form and coordinate personnel office moves.
- Work with sensitive and confidential information and situations appropriately and maintain proper confidentiality.
- Demonstrate initiative and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Represent organizational unit in working with administrative policies and procedures.
- Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Perform other duties as necessary.
What You'll Need:
- High School diploma or equivalent plus 2 or more years of related experience.
- Each higher-level related degree, i.e., Bachelor's or Master's, may substitute for two years of related experience. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education.
- Basic knowledge of administrative duties and of policies, procedures, and practices.
- General knowledge of administrative practices, to include preparing expense reports and purchase requisitions, maintaining spreadsheets, and coordinating travel.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office experience. (Document formatting, table creation, page layouts, formulas, etc)
- Ability to relate well with other people and contribute to small teams.

- HIRING SALARY RANGE: $19.47 - $25.96 per hour (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
