Job Description

DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

  • Settlement of CAMC and Vendor Claims : Validate supporting documents for CAMC and vendor claims, maintain data of settled claims, and perform audits.
  • Communication and Coordination : Communicate with dealers for query resolution and coordinate with the IT team.
  • Data Management and Analysis : Prepare various MIS reports and analyze settled claims to support business decisions.
  • Administrative Support : Answer telephones, screen calls, take messages, and handle visitors promptly and courteously. Transcribe, type, format, and proofread various materials using word processing, presentation, graphics, and spreadsheet software.
  • Meeting Coordination : Schedule internal and external meetings, make travel arrangements, and ensure meeting amenities are available.
  • Schedule Management : Manage appointments and schedules of staff in the unit.
  • Office Equipment Use : Operate photocopiers, faxes, and printers.
  • General Administrative Tasks : Distribute incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail, file documents, and maintain office supplies or other inventory.

Qualifications:

  • Education : High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience.
  • Licenses/Certifications : This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Skills and Experience:

  • Communication Skills : Good communication skills are essential.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience : Minimal or no work experience required
