Position: Administrative Coordinator
Rate: $20.60/hr
Hours: 8am - 4:30pm

The Administrative Coordinator position reports directly to the Plant Manager.
What you will be doing:
- Maintain records (soft and hard copies).
- Updated databases (production, quality, or productivity).
- Prepare paperwork for production orders.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder per min/max or upon request.
- Formats, types, and edits a variety of correspondence: including memos, reports, and confidential material; drafts routine correspondence for manager’s approval.
We'd love to hear from you if:
- Proven work experience as an administrative assistant.
- Proficient in using word processing, spreadsheets, and database software.
- Working knowledge of operating office equipment including copy machine, fax machine, etc.
- Experience in developing and maintaining files and correspondence.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and organization skills.
- Must maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Follow-up and results orientation skills.
