Job Description
Ibotta is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support our senior leaders in technology and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role that will assist in the efficacy and efficiency of our leaders. The ideal candidate is an organized self-starter, who is resourceful, collaborative, and decisive.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position, requiring 2 days in office. Additional days in office may be required as needed. Preferred in-office hybrid days are Tuesday and Thursday. Candidates must live in the United States.
What you will be doing:
Manage calendars of all supported leaders including the CTO and 3 SVPs, while adjusting logistics, scheduling and reworking meetings, maintaining clear communication with all parties as needed
Plan, coordinate, and manage domestic travel arrangements and provide real-time support throughout duration of travel
Manage all meeting logistics including printing of materials, ordering of food, etc
Technology event coordination such as hackathons, product roadmap sessions, and other relevant gatherings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event planning, execution, and post-event follow-up
Handle sensitive and confidential information with diplomacy and discretion, as well as a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Attend meetings as needed, taking meeting minutes and following up on action items
Submit and reconcile monthly expense accounts
Assist with special projects as needed
Provide back-up support to Executive Assistant of CEO and Office Coordinator

What we are looking for:
2 years of proven administrative support experience
Intermediate to advanced ability to work with Microsoft Office applications required, including working knowledge of Google Calendars, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required, with an acute ability to listen attentively and to communicate effectively throughout all levels of the organization
Proactivity, an ability to anticipate needs, and excellent judgment

Additional Details:
This position is located in Denver, CO or with the option of full-time remote and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, 401k match, and equity. Denver office perks include paid parking, bagel Thursdays, snacks and occasional meals.
Base compensation range: $60,000 - $75,000. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.
