Position Details:
- Responsible for receiving visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiriesÂ
- Maintain employee and department directories as a guide for directing visitors.
- Handle outgoing mail; sort and distribute incoming mailÂ
- Responsible for placing outgoing calls and conference calls as neededÂ
- Draft, review, and proofread office documentsÂ
- Responsible for data entry as assignedÂ
- Maintain and stock basic office suppliesÂ
- Responsible for operating and maintaining office machines, including printers, copiers, and faxÂ
- Ensure compliance with company rules and regulations in the reception area.
- Self-starter and team player: Must be able to work both independently as well as in a team-oriented environment to accomplish assigned tasks and goalsÂ
- Must be enthusiastic, respectful, and friendly; with a professional and welcoming presence, and most importantly, possess a positive attitudeÂ
- Requires solid phone handling etiquette to respectfully engage with guests and customers, and to promptly
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to relate easily with people of various backgrounds and personalities. It is also required to help establish relationships and build rapport with employees, customers, and guestsÂ
- Should be proficient with Microsoft Office tools and possess strong keyboarding skills
- Must be well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task, with the ability to effectively prioritize assignments. It is also important to be able to adapt to change easilyÂ
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements
- Minimally a high school graduate
- Must be organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient with MS Office
- At least 1 year of experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, not required
