Administrative Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Administrative Specialist II is a valuable member of the Purchase Order Monitoring Department.

• Applies varied and moderately complex clerical procedures, methods, and techniques to support business functions and processes.
• Assists the organizational team with various projects or special tasks as needed.
• Assists in preparing reports, typing documents, filing, and answering questions regarding processes and procedures.
• Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
• Monitor various software systems for items being sold by UL Solutions clients that require current testing and update as needed.
• Assist in researching monthly UL Solutions client non-compliance report to determine if items still require current testing or not.
• Assists in other special research projects/responsibilities as directed by UL Solutions clients.
• Performs other duties as directed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma education required.
• 1+ years of clerical experience required.
• Must be able to assimilate information, provide quality customer service, and possess the ability to work in a production environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word) required.
• Ability to work onsite in Bentonville, AR Monday through Friday.
