Administrative Support

SUMMARY

Ribbon is looking for administrative support for the Finance and administration team. The role is based in Oberursel, Germany.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support in all administrative matters, e.g. Facilities, Health & Safety Issues, Dunning Letters
• Opening requisitions in the Oracle ERP System

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Fluent English & German – must
• Proactive, reliable
• Able to work independently
