We are looking to hire another onsite Administrative Support Assistant to join our team in Austin, TX!

What You’ll Do
The Administrative Support Assistant responsibilities include exercising independent judgment in the performance of a range of general and specialized office duties. This role requires strong computer and research skills with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
In this role you will:
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Assist in planning meetings and company events/conferences
- Book and manage travel arrangements
- Provide general support to multiple executives
- Write and distribute internal communications
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Answer and direct phone calls and maintain contact lists
- Run errands

What You’ll Need
Minimum Requirements (Education, certifications, and experience):
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple executives
- Exceptional communication, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
- Proven experience in clerical roles
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Must be onsite (Austin HQ), 5 days a week
Preferred Requirements:
- Familiarity with email scheduling tools
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Ability to navigate and support a rapidly changing work environment
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
