What you will do:
- The Admin Support Assistant Team Manager is responsible for managing the Admin Support team and ensuring that the following tasks are completed to a high standard and within the agreed SLA:
- New account sign-ups are processed
- Failed KYC requests are processed
- New Rewards card applications
- Customer emails
- Phone calls from Sportsbooks
- Sportsbook transaction management (add/remove cash etc)
- You will be responsible for initial and ongoing training, making sure that all the Admin Support Team personnel have the skills and tools to enable them to complete their work.
- Working closely with the Quality Assurance Coach you will ensure that the quality of all customer interactions is at a high standard.
- You will continually review departmental processes ensuring that they are fit for purpose and address issues or possible process changes with the department manager.
- You will ensure the department is staffed sufficiently to cover Sportsbook opening hours and highlight major events or if staffing increases are required through completing the schedule.
- Meet regularly with Admin Support Team Supervisors to review service levels and department performance.
- Ensure Admin Support Team Supervisors are meeting with their team to review agent performance.
- Meet regularly with the Department Manager to review team and individual performance.
- Handle escalations as needed.
- Comfortable with schedule changing depending on seasonality of sporting events.
- Comfortable with working from the office.
- Other duties as assigned.
What you will need:
- Ability to objectively evaluate performance against standards and to identify performance gaps and recommended corrective action.
- Ability to coach and provide constructive feedback on proper process and techniques.
- Detail oriented.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Proficient personal computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work in a multitasked environment.
- Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
