Job Description

To supervise the Administrative Support Department personnel, including Dungarvin National administrative assistant front desk staff and work cooperatively with other departments in expediting the general flow of matters pertaining to the office, including, but not limited to general office/administrative duties.

Full-time. The schedule must be flexible enough to accommodate administrative deadlines, projects and supervisory duties. Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Pay: starting at $58,000


Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related area or comparable combination of education and experience as determined by the senior director. At minimum, must have a high school diploma or GED Certificate and a minimum of two years plus of education, training, and/or experience relevant to this position.
  • Prior supervisory experience highly desired.
  • Ability to manage a department of six-eight staff.
  • Excelled administrative skills, but such skills are only necessary to the extent needed to evaluate and train other members of the Administrative Support Department.
  • Excelled computer skills in MS Office Word, Excel, Teams and knowledge of Access software.
  • Writing skills must reflect correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, composition, quality, and fluent vocabulary.
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills working with people at all levels of the organization and community.
  • Must have systems development and management skills, including the ability to evaluate success of a system and recommend changes when needed.Β 
  • Must have solid financial management skills and experience.
  • Ability to develop and implement administrative systems to support operations and various departments.
  • Ability of design and development of administrative positions to meet organization support needs.
  • Ability to complete 245D licensing applications and city rental applications and fees.
  • Ability to work professionally and cooperatively with county licensors.
  • Ability to keep company directories and databases up-to-date and accurate.
  • Ability to provide new supervisors administrative support orientation/training.
  • Ability to be flexible and work with a changing schedule.
