Administrator

We are seeking a Campus Administrator who holds:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, RN, or a field related to mental health
• A minimum of five years in a clinical setting at least one of which must have been in a mental health setting, and two or more years in a supervisory capacity preferred
• Prior acute care experience preferred
• CPR and first aid certified
• Belief and compassion for recovery
• Strong problem-solving skills, strong leadership skills that demonstrate servant and humble leadership qualities
• Knowledge of PHF regulations and CARF standards

As a member of the Leadership team, you will: 

• Ensure all clients receive the full spectrum of quality health care services
• Become familiar with Crestwood’s Policies and Procedures, and state regulations
• Provide oversite and direction to all areas of the program
• Interface with psychiatrist, medical doctor, treatment team, county partners, Crestwood leadership members and stakeholders
• Support clients in their recovery journey
• Provide ongoing supervision, mentorship, and leadership to the program leadership team

About the Campus: Crestwood Solano’s 16-bed Psychiatric Health Facility (PHF) provides an alternative to traditional psychiatric care through collaboration, empowerment, a healing environment, peer providers, family partners, and a recovery-oriented milieu. The PHF provides the structure and support to promote stabilization and foster recovery. This program serves clients experiencing a psychiatric crisis of such magnitude that it is unmanageable in the community. Our goals are to restore hope and self-empowerment, realize the potential of recovery in each of our clients, and provide a transition plan to enable a successful return to their community.
