Full Time- Fixed Term 6 Month Contract

Salary up to £32,000 per annum, plus,

42.5 hours per week (8-5 Monday -Friday)

Pyramid Plus South, a joint venture partnership between A2Dominion and Mears Property Services, provides repairs and maintenance, compliance, planned replacements and fire risk assessment works. We successfully complete over 35,000 repairs, 1,000 voids and fit 600 kitchens and bathrooms annually to 23,500 homes. With a wide range of upcoming projects, there are exciting times ahead as we continue to grow!

Day to day duties:

• Will be answering calls from tenants (Repairs Queries)
• Scheduling day to day repair jobs
• Working within operatives
• Dealing with responsive quires
• Dealing with complaints

Role Criteria:

• Worked within a call centre environment.
• Worked within social.
• Dealing with complex repairs
• Good IT skills
• Good customer Service
