Full-Time, Permanent position, paying a salary of £25,000 plus great company benefits.
We are looking for an Exceptional Administrator who is proactive, methodical, confident, works on their own initiative and is able to wear many hats and switch between job roles and support multiple teams within our business.

About the role:
The successful Administrator will be assertive, positive and flexible with the desire to be that person that everyone turns to for support!!
The Administrator will be working within our Fleet team, ensuring that all vehicle breakdowns are attending to, record any accident and damage, ME3 checks on all vehicles, booking in services and MOT, putting together a PAT testing schedule, controlling all short and long term plant hire. There will also be an element of reception work to cover as this falls within this teams responsibilities.
Key to the role is experience in working with high volume and fast turnarounds maintaining an efficient and accurate approach.
Your day will involve:
- Support the administration process in the business area to ensure the accurate and timely recording and response to all client, service user and company communication.
- Support the provision of administrative duties to all functions within the local branch
- Ensure the customer experience is central to all activities by adopting a professional manner
- Communicate with service users regarding ongoing work/s where required and liaison with colleagues.
- Work with all team members including, administrators, operatives, supervisors and subcontractors to ensure an efficient and productive service is delivered to service users and client
- Keep all supplied company assets in a good condition in line with the company policies
- Attend informal and formal company & client meetings and training sessions as required.

Role Criteria:
- Experience of working to deadlines in busy office environment.
- Good level of verbal and written communication
- IT literate – strong knowledge and understanding of Microsoft packages
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload to deadlines
- Good attention to detail
- Previous experience in Administration
Experience working within Social Housing Sector would be advantageous.
