Job description

Overview We are looking for a Bilingual & Bicultural Administrator Accountant with a strong background in accounting and client service. The primary responsibility will be invoicing and collections, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and effective communication with clients. During tax season, this role will also assist in preparing and reviewing tax forms. This is an on-site position requiring leadership, modernization skills, and the ability to take full control of billing and office operations. Key Responsibilities  Prepare and manage client invoices accurately and on time.  Oversee collections: follow up with clients and ensure timely payments while maintaining positive relationships.  Track accounts receivable and maintain accurate payment records.  Implement and modernize billing, collections, and office systems.  Assist with preparing and reviewing tax forms during tax season.  Support administrative and general accounting functions as needed.  Communicate effectively with clients, applying bilingual and bicultural skills. Requirements  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA track preferred) with 2–3 years of accounting office experience, OR equivalent experience plus Enrolled Agent (EA) license.  Bilingual and bicultural (must).  Strong background in invoicing and collections.  Knowledge of Drake and Canopy software is a plus.  Proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel, and other modern accounting tools.  Excellent organizational and leadership skills — able to take ownership of billing and office operations.  Must be able to work on-site (this is not a remote role).
