JOB SUMMARY

The primary responsibility for the Administrator, Finance Systems is user, master data, and SOP management. Additionally, they will be completing troubleshooting support tickets and answering questions submitted by team members pertaining to Finance systems. An ideal candidate will have a record of success in improving processes, managing Finance systems, and understands the core functions and processes of Accounting and Finance. They may be asked to participate in the evaluation and adoption of other modules of Intacct or other systems in the organization as needed. They will be supporting Intacct’s integrations with other applications as well.

CORE JOB DUTIES 

  • Be the primary Administrator of Sage Intacct Accounting system, which has 100+ internal users today.
  • Also provide system administration for SAP Concur, SAP BPC, Blackline, Adaptive Planning, P2O systems, and AP management systems
  • Create and maintain configuration of Intacct to support integrations with third-party applications
  • Maintain and modify approval and business processes in Sage Intacct
  • Update customer or employee information, default dimension data and add custom fields in Intacct
  • Assist the Accounting/Finance team with Intacct enhancements, updates, and supporting system integrations
  • Create and update dimension master data.
  • Create end user documentation and update wiki page with standard operating procedures to manage the Finance systems
  • Create IT Audit Control Report

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS  

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience with minimum 2 years of experience as an Accounting System Administrator & 2 years of experience as Sage Intacct System Administrator.
  • Experience creating custom reports and documents with Intacct
  • General accounting knowledge (GL/AR/AP/Scalable Dimension Management)
  • Strong data management abilities
  • A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
  • SAP Concur Administrator experience a plus
