Job Description:
Education:
- Associate degree in relevant field of study or equivalent years of related work experience required.
Work Experiences:
- 5+ years of related work experience
- Understanding and application of HIPAA, FLMA, ADA, ERISA, USERRA, and DOL
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with individuals at various levels.
- Analytical with strong problem-solving abilities and creative resolution skills.
- Ability to remain organized, pay attention to detail, and meet critical deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Customer service orientated.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office programs and software.
- Bilingual preferred - read and speak English and Spanish.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and process all stages of the leaves of absence process, including the return-to-work process, for FMLA and ADA.
- Develop relationships while providing outstanding customer service.
- Process all leave of absence requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain electronic Leave of Absence data entry/tracking while creating and maintaining data using Workday-powered HR systems.
- Ensure that all medical and family leave standards and protocols are followed under legal, regulatory and company policy.
- Respond to all requests, emails and voicemails and prepare reports in a timely manner.
- Maintain excellent Service Level Agreement (SLA) as agreed upon with HR partners.
- Stay abreast of related regulatory policies.
- Develop a thorough understanding of and follow Academy's policies, procedures, and safety rules.
- Responsibilities may change; team members may be required to perform other duties as assigned.

- Regular attendance is required.
- Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties.
- Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures, and rules governing professional staff behavior.
