Job Title:Administrator - Supply Chain Support

Summary:• Supporting GTC on new Experimental sample SAP workflow includes product HS classification review and product export control.
• Responsible to support on auditing of HTC codes Globally.

Responsibilities Include:

• Review and Verify Substance Information 
  Check and validate Real Substance ID information in SAP to ensure accuracy.
• HTC Code Validation
  Validate and update HTC codes for newly created materials.
• Classification Request Initiation
  Initiate classification requests in the TCM system to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Monitor Classification Process
  Track the progress of classification requests, ensuring timely completion and updates to HS codes in SAP (MM03).
  Confirm and update the Country of Origin as necessary.
• Material Composition Screening
  Conduct screenings of material composition data to assess compliance with Export Control license requirements.

Qualifications:

The following are required for the role

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in business, engineering, management, operations or supply chain
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in supply chain – Logistics/trade compliance.
• Strong analytical, decision and strategic thinking skills with an attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to influence key stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization globally.
