The Admin/Project Coordinator is responsible for the administration of designated projects. This includes maintaining accurate project status and applicable details by utilizing project management tools. Handles a variety of administrative functions, as well as uses analytics to track and report on project and bank progress. Performs other projects and duties as assigned.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:

• Accurately and timely maintains/manages the status of multiple large projects and initiatives.

• Responsible for producing sales reports as directed.

• Handles retail incentive files as directed.

• Assist with completing Board financial reports, budget, and all needed reports as assigned.

• Review data and compile reports to find ways to improve the Bank's sales results, processes, procedures, and revenue.

• Support Retail Area Managers and Branch Administration as needed.

• Act as a backup to the Branch Operational Support team.

• Manage retail invoices.

• Manage and assist with negotiating contracts.

• Maintain confidentiality and tact when dealing with sensitive information.

• Foster a positive and collaborative environment with other departments of the bank.

• Maintain knowledge on daily operations and find ways to make improvements and increase efficiencies within the bank and the department.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:

• Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio).

• Ability to manage multiple tasks with proper prioritization.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to analyze and report on data.

Industry and Work Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years banking experience required.

• Minimum of 2 years project management or administrative support experience required.

• Experience effectively working with numerous business partners.

• Presentation or training experience is preferred.

Academic:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Bachelor's degree in financial services or related field preferred.
