The opportunity

Admissions is at the heart of the Multiverse mission. We’re matching high-potential candidates with life-changing apprenticeship opportunities at some of the most exciting companies in the world.
As the Admissions Program Manager, Existing Employees on our growing US Admissions team, you will ensure our upskilling and reskilling offering for existing employees is supported by a seamless, equitable admissions process. 
A week-in-the-life consists of pivoting between managing live deals and engaging in cross-functional projects that build on and improve our overall offering alongside our global team. 

Specifically, you will: 

  • Cross-Functional Project Management: Manage cross-functional growth projects across the organization, partnering with ProdTech, GTM, Marketing, Delivery, Launch Ops, CS, Global Admissions and other teams while ensuring we are aligning and sharing learnings with our UK counterparts

  • Live Deal Fulfillment: Ensure we are on top of all info sessions, nomination processes, selection, coaching and candidate/manager communications for both our upskilling and reskilling offerings internally.

  • Strategic Communication: Own stakeholder communications for our internal team and external clients, ensuring all individuals have the right information at the right time to make informed decisions.

  • Process Improvement: Partner with our learning, psychometrics and product marketing teams to further refine our reskilling offering based on data we are seeing through our live deals.

About you:

  • You are comfortable deriving insights from data.

  • You believe passionately in social mobility and equity, align closely with our core values and can share how you’ve demonstrated them in your work.

Salary Information:

The base salary range for this role is $67,000-$96,000.
