Position Summary:
The Adobe Campaign Activation Lead is a marketing automation visionary who will enable the orchestration of targeted and unified campaigns through deep audience segmentation and cross-channel integrations. This role requires the ability to leverage the campaign ecosystem to develop repeatable, scalable, and highly coordinated campaigns. The ideal candidate will be hands-on leader plays a critical role in guiding the data and campaign development roadmap.
This individual will lead a team of 2-3 high performing marketing automation developers in orchestration of campaigns across direct mail and email channels. This role will partner closely with campaign managers, content creators, production teams and data analysts to deliver marketing communications to customers and help the team drive results against a set of strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with campaign managers to define audience segments and deploy highly targeted, effective marketing campaigns.
- Lead creation of Adobe Campaign workflows - provide guidance, direction and assist team members with technical implementation and prioritization.
- Facilitate status meetings and working sessions to ensure accurate and timely delivery of campaign output to asset production teams.
- Viewed as an expert on the campaign delivery team; combines business insight and knowledge of customer data model to drive superior execution.
- Leverage and recommend enhancements to existing customer data in inventive ways to streamline workflow preparation and propel innovation.
- Seek improvements in existing operational and technical processes to optimize and refine marketing programs.
- Resolve a full range of issues related to audience segmentation strategy, such as seeking clarification on incomplete business requirements, identifying potential data inaccuracies, and creating new or enhanced queries to satisfy campaign requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, Operations, Information Systems, or similar)
- 8+ years database marketing experience with demonstrated success leading enhancements that enable new campaign strategies.
- 3+ years using Adobe Campaign to activate marketing campaigns.
- Strong relational database experience; proficiency in SQL preferred.
- JavaScript experience is a plus.
- Advanced user in Excel and Access applications required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
- Ability to prioritize projects and assignments and allocate time efficiently.
- Experience in the Financial Services industry is a plus.

Salary range: New York: $132,500 - $197,500 // Tampa: $117,500 - $177,500
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
