Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and manage multiple high performance Software Development teams
• Deliver high quality enterprise grade software and managing end-to-end development
• Collaborate across teams to prioritize, plan and execute application releases
• Engage in hands-on design, architecture, tools/methods with software engineers and architects
• Hire, manage, mentor developers and handle people related issues
• Help team and take responsibility to diagnose, de-bug and analyze production issues.
• Work with Onshore / Offshore stakeholders on overall delivery
• Cultivate an environment of continuous learning as well as improvements through metrics driven approach

Skills, Experience and Requirements

• Engineering degree with overall experience of about 14+ years with 3+ years of experience in managing a team of 10 to 12 developers.
• At Least 10 years experience in developing & maintaining enterprise systems built around Adobe Commerce(AC) /Magento and other relevant Adobe technologies.
• Good experience with PHP, Laravel Framework , CMS tools, Javascript and GraphQL.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, database, and caching techniques
• Good understanding of devOps principles and familiarity to tools like Gitlab, Rally/Jira, Jenkins
• Candidates should have strong communication skills.
