Adopt Product Specialist

Our Adopt team has one goal: to disrupt and win the Digital Adoption market by bringing a unique perspective and product to market.Â
Successful members of this team must have high interpersonal skills, commercial acumen, an intellectually curious nature, be motivated to see this new product be successful, and have a bias to act.
TeamÂ
Adopt Product Specialist will be responsible for driving sales of Pendo’s Digital Adoption platform within our largest and more complex customers. Pendo’s Strategic program is made up of 25 companies who we believe show the greatest opportunity to help drive our business forward. The Adopt Product Specialist will partner with the Strategic Account Director for all employee facing application evaluations, providing POV’s for prospecting, guidance on discovery, own the trial process, partner with professional services for onboarding, and guided handoffs to our Customer Success Managers.Â
Role ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Be a Product Specialist point of contact for customers and prospects interested in Pendo Adopt.
- Conduct product demos and present the benefits and features of Pendo Adopt effectively.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product and articulate its value proposition to a diverse range of potential clients.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and work with the AD/AE to manage the sales process from initial contact to closing.
- Work closely with the product, marketing, and customer success teams to align sales strategies and initiatives.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts to the management team.

Minimum QualificationsÂ
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a product sales role in a SaaS or technology-based company.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proficient understanding of the Digital Adoption market, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical prospects.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Experience with CRM, HCM, ERP and/or Financial Software such as Workday, Salesforce, ADP, Ariba, Coupa & UKG
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a result-driven environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining strict attention to detail.
- Strong Technical Acumen

Compensation
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.
The expected OTE range for this role to be performed in Raleigh, NC is $174K - $215K
Individual pay rate decisions, including offers made within and over the expected salary range, are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
