The perfect candidate will spearhead the conversion from free to premium products, employing a mix of technical, analytical, and creative expertise. As our Adoption and Growth Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Implement growth hacking initiatives to enhance conversions.
• Analyze user data to optimize strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for optimal user experience.
• Execute A/B tests, conversion rate optimization, and iterative methodologies.
• Employ various online marketing channels for growth.
• Continuously innovate and experiment with new growth tactics.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should have:

• Degree in marketing, computer science, or related fields.
• Proficiency in data analysis.
• SaaS experience in optimizing conversions
• Familiarity with programming languages and web technologies.
• Solid grasp of online marketing channels.
• Proven experience in digital marketing or product management.
• Demonstrated ability to drive growth, especially in free-to-paid conversions.
